A Sommelier is a person in a restaurant or shop responsible for wine purchase, storage and sale. The Sommelier would be the one who would find out client’s expectations from a wine, would recommend the particular wine and explain the food and wine matching, in order to create pleasure from wine celebration, not pity about wasted money and bad taste in the mouth.
The knowledge of Sommelier doesn’t stop with wine. He must feel himself at home also in the world of strong spirits, as well as coffee and tea.
